Copyright and takedown requests

Paxilgen respects the rights of game developers and other creators. If you believe a game or other material on this site infringes your copyright, email Paxil Gen at [email protected] with:

1. Your name and contact details.
2. A description of the work you own.
3. The web address (URL) of the page on Paxilgen where the material appears.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your signature (typed is fine).

When a complete notice reaches us we will review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. Deliberately false claims can have legal consequences, so please only send accurate notices.

Game developers who do not want their game listed can ask for removal in the same way, without a formal notice.
